Common Frequently Asked Questions for Your Child’s Photo Day


Will I get to see a proof before ordering?
Yes! After your child is photographed, a proof sheet will be sent to your child’s teacher. From there, you’ll be able to pick the photo of your choice and place the order.


What if my child doesn’t smile?
We will do our best to get your child to have a natural looking smile. Some children get nervous in front of the camera. We understand, and we will do our best to alleviate any fear or nervousness so your child’s natural smile comes through with a few quick and easy prompts from the photographer and parent helper.


What if I’m not happy with my child’s photo from the Proof Sheet?
We will have one makeup day session per school.


How do I place an order?
Your child will be sent home with a Proof Sheet/Order Form 7-10 days after picture day. Simply choose the photo and package of your choice and return to school with payment. It’s that simple.


What should my son or daughter wear?
Button up shirts, polos for boys are classic and always look great. Dresses and accessories are wonderful for girls. Ultimately, it’s up to you, the parent, as to what you want your child to wear. Photos will only be upper half of body (Head and Shoulders)


What if my son or daughter is sick on Picture Day?
Unfortunately he/she will miss out on being in the class photo. There will be one makeup day scheduled for photo retakes or kids’ that didn’t get their photo taken on picture day due to absence.


What sort of payment method do you accept?
Cash, check, PayPal


I don’t have PayPal, can I still pay online?
Yes, a PayPal account is NOT required to pay via PayPal. You can check out as a “Guest” through PayPal.


Do you do minor photo retouching?
Yes, if requested. Extensive photo retouching is an additional fee of $15.
